Fun, engaging classes for children ages 3–12.

Athletes build confidence, coordination and flexibility while learning rhythmic gymnastics in a positive, supportive environment.

    Wednesday · 4:45–5:30 pm

    Ages 4–6
    Tuesday & Thursday · 5:00–6:30 pm
    Saturday · 9:00–10:30 am

    Ages 7–12
    Monday & Wednesday · 5:30–7:00 pm
    Tuesday & Thursday · 6:00–8:00 pm
    Saturday · 9:00–11:00 am

  • Ages 3–4

    • ¾ hour once/week — $115/month

    Ages 4–6

    • 1½ hrs once/week — $180/month
    • 1½ hrs twice/week — $280/month
    • 1½ hrs three/week — $315/month

    Ages 7–12

    • 2 hrs once/week — $230/month
    • 2 hrs twice/week — $315/month
    • 2 hrs three/week — $385/month
    • 2 hrs four/week — $400/month

    Annual Club Registration: $60

    Gymnastics Ontario Membership:

    Recreational athletes: $50/year

    Monthly tuition is paid by e-transfer on the 1st of each month.

  • 10% off monthly training fees for each additional child (excluding registration and insurance fees).

    • All athletes are required to wear black tank tops with black shorts or leggings (available at dance shops).

    • Toe shoes or white socks must be worn. 

    • Rhythmic gymnastics apparatus can be purchased through the club. Your coach will advise on necessary items and help coordinate colours.

    • Water bottle

    • Hair secured in a bun or ponytail

    • Bare feet or rhythmic gymnastics half shoes

    • No jewelry

Registration and Payments

Classes run from August through June. New athletes are welcome to join at any time throughout the season, subject to availability.

Recreational: Ages 3-6

Our introductory recreational program develops basic movement skills, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness through fun, engaging activities. Athletes are introduced to rhythmic gymnastics apparatus in a positive, supportive environment.

For our 3–4-year-old class: Gymnasts must be comfortable participating independently of their parent/guardian during class.

Recreational: Ages 7-12

Perfect for athletes ready to build on their skills through more challenging body movement, apparatus work and choreography in a fun, encouraging environment.
