Elite Rhythmic Centre offers a structured pathway from introductory competitive programs through Provincial and National competition. As athletes progress, training hours, technical expectations, and competition opportunities increase.

ODP (Ontario Development Program) Ages 6-8

Designed for athletes ages 6–8, ODP introduces the foundations of competitive rhythmic gymnastics while developing flexibility, coordination, strength, and confidence. Depending on the athlete's development, training is available one to three times per week and prepares gymnasts for future competitive participation.

Interclub (IC) Ages 6+

Interclub is designed for athletes ready to experience competitive rhythmic gymnastics through individual and group routines. Training schedules vary by level, with coach assessment required for placement.

Provincial/National

Designed for dedicated athletes pursuing higher levels of competitive rhythmic gymnastics. Athletes train 4–6 days per week, depending on level, and participate in Provincial and National competitions. Placement is by coach assessment and invitation.
